One-Off Kits

Orders placed before 11:00 Monday to Friday are sent with DPD on a 24 hour tracked service and will be delivered the next working day*. Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday or at any time Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday*.

*Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands take 2 working days. Delivery to HS1 - HS9, KW15 - KW17 and ZE1 - ZE3 post codes takes 2-4 working days. Orders are not dispatched at the weekend or on UK Public Holidays, and there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Public Holidays.

Monthly Kits

Orders placed before 11:00 Monday to Friday will be delivered via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Service which usually takes 2-3 days. Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday or at any time Saturday or Sunday will be sent on Monday. Subsequent kits will be sent out 30 days after the despatch of your first kit.

Orders are not dispatched at the weekend or on UK Public Holidays, and there are no deliveries on Sundays or UK Public Holidays.

Delivery outside UK

Deliveries are sent on a tracked service and generally arrive within 7 to 10 days.
